ph865 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified to ph865's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.
ph865 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timelines are as published on the ph865 platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. ph865 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to verification requirements and any applicable review procedures.
ph865 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This requirement applies in particular to first-time withdrawals and to withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts as determined by ph865's internal compliance procedures.
Note on Currency: All transactions on ph865 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph865 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations if your linked payment account operates in a different currency.
ph865 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the ph865 account holder.
ph865 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bets placed on ph865 are subject to ph865's general betting rules and any specific rules applicable to the individual game or betting market. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and/or in the ph865 help section.
ph865 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error has occurred affecting odds or game outcomes; (b) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; (c) evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is identified; or (d) human or system error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered.
Once confirmed and accepted by the ph865 system, bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player except as specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant game or market. Results of live dealer games are final upon conclusion of each game round.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph865, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph865 platform.
ph865 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph865's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph865 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph865 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your own ph865 account at any time by contacting ph865 customer support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, ph865 will apply a self-exclusion which may prevent re-registration for a specified period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
